अधिकार (हक) र जिम्मेवारी – एकै रथका दुई पांग्रा हुन्। कुनै पनि विवेकशील नागरिकले हरेक पल यी दुवैलाई साथ-साथै प्रयोग गरिरहन्छ। यी १२ मन्त्रहरु तपाईँ पनि प्रयोगमा ल्याउनुहोस्

१) मन लागेको बोल्न पाउनु मेरो हक हो। के बोल्ने, कुन बेला बोल्ने वा सुन्ने यो जान्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
२) चिताएका सबै प्राप्त गर्न खोज्नु मेरो अधिकार हो भने प्राप्त गरेको कुरालाई संरक्षण गर्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
३) एक्लो जीवन अाफु खुशी बाँच्न पाउनु मेरो हक हो भने समाजिक प्राणी पनि बन्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
४) मन लाग्या गर्न पाउनु मेरो हक हो भने त्यसले ल्याउने परिणामको उत्तरदायित्व लिनु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
५) मेहनतको फल लिन पाउनु मेरो हक हो भने लिएको फलको सदुपयोग गर्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
६) जो कसैलाई पनि माया गर्न पाउनु मेरो हक हो भने अाफुलाई जोगाई राख्ने श्रोत (वातावरण, समाज, परिवार) लाई पनि माया गर्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
७) जुन सुकै नेतृत्व चुन्नु मेरो हक हो भने सहि नेतृत्व चुन्नु वा माथी पुर्याउनु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
८) अाफ्नो जीवनको सुरक्षा गर्न पाउनु मेरो हक हो भने अरुको जीवन रक्षा गर्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
९) जस्तो पनि धर्म वा सिद्धान्तमा बाँच्न पाउनु मेरो अधिकार हो भने त्यसको प्रयोगले समाजलाई एकजुट बनाई राख्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
१०) खुला मनले चयन गर्न पाउनु मेरो हक हो भने अरुको त्यही हकलाई अादर गर्नु पनि मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
११) जिन्दगीमा कसैको मतलबै नगर्नु मेरो अधिकार हो भने मर्नु अघि केहि ठोस् गरेरै जानु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो।
१२) नागरिक हुन पाउनु मेरो हक हो भने विवेकशील नागरिक बन्नु मेरो जिम्मेवारी हो। अाफ्ना हरेक हकसँगै जिम्मेवारी गास्सिँएर अाएको हुन्छ।


Three years ago, Matt Dawes opened a guest house in Patan and had a small café attached to it. Soon the fact that organic milk wasn’t readily available in Nepal caught his attention. This led him to start a cooperative to produce and sell organic milk. His first targets were UN and foreign embassy staffers looking for organic products. But eventually their customer base grew and now Milkmandu has about 500 local customers. “We originally didn’t start with our own cows. We found local farmers who were raising cows in an organic way and created a co-operative. We started with three cows, but now we have 10 cows and six buffaloes,” says Matt. “I personally did not receive any training. We have hired experts with the proper training, as one of the goals of Milkmandu is to benefit local farmers.”


Everyone back in Nepal want to grab the lucarative ecommerce business which seems to be doing well in India along with other part of Asia but thing here in Nepal is quite different. Beforing going big with ecommerce business you should know the business ecosystem of Nepal along with the user behaviour and tech penetration. Most e-commerce websites/startups based in Nepal fail due to the various reasons. Let’s check out some reason which can push your e-commerce into the dead-pool.


  1. Overwhelming majority of educated people opt for a non-profit or government or private sector ‘jobs’. (leaving the race wide open for you- less competition). Go and start a company and attract all those smart people to actually work for you.

  2. There are crisis all around (electricity, water, fuel, communication, inflation). Remember crisis is an opportunity for an entrepreneur, and for you to become a multi-millionaire while serving fellow Nepali and beyond.

  3. High unemployment rates means you can build a team around motivated youths who are desperately looking to stay employed. Plus, you get their goodwill and hopefully loyalty to build a sustainable company in the long run.

  4. Rest of Nepal is still beautiful and now awaits you, thanks to everyone moving to big cities like Kathmandu. Go back and build an opportunity in the forgotten rural areas while making an impact there.

  5. Youths are leaving to work abroad,(1500 a day in 2014), which means less competition for you.

  6. Workers abroad (2.5 million or more) send back more than US $5 Billion a year (2014). Find out how to do a good business catering to them and their families. The market for the poor is huge! Serve these billion dollar customers!

  7. Win business from customers by showing your consistently delivering track record and honest intentions! Many of your competitors might be taking the short-cut to success by using corruption. Take advantage of this unique situation. Learn that they can never compete against you in terms of transparency, honesty (and probably quality also). If your corrupt rivals try to out- maneuver you, challenge them to open their accounts, and get the sensation hungry media on them or the government watchdogs to inspect them! For example, open a good hygienic ‘gudpak’ or sweets shops to out-compete with corrupt, shady ones that exist today. I bet, you could win! )

  8. We are fast becoming a consumer driven nation. We buy a lot and throw away a lot. From cloths to recycling there is opportunity. Why do you think there are 1000’s of families dedicated to recycling our trash? Why do you think shops after shops are opening in Malls? Serve our consumer driven nation with quality, affordable price and superior customer service!

  9. Industries built right after civil strife or wars can last for a long time as proved by the industries that opened after the Second World War in much of Europe and US. So start now when there is less competition.

  10. No one cares. The old system is crumbling and there is no more of the strict societal and political bias against entrepreneurship. “Making profit is good” mentality is on the rise. Time to quietly rise and shine !
